While you may be clear about your goals, you can’t know for sure if their attainment will result in the fulfillment you seek. But this will: Visualize yourself having achieved your objectives, imagine as much detail as possible (color, sound, imagery, etc…), shift your attention to your body and feel the physical sensations of success and joy. Then let go of exactly how it shows up and ask for this or something better for the highest purpose of all involved.
