You’re entirely free to invest in whatever kind of energy balance you want to create. If you want to feel superior – criticize. If you want to disdain – judge. If you want to feel connected and loving – appreciate. If you want to be happy – look for what’s right. You might not even be aware of your thought patterns, but they are what create your experience of life.
