Breathe Your Way Out of Anger

When you’re outraged by the actions of others, remember their behavior really isn’t about you. Every person is motivated by the belief that what they’re doing will make them feel better. While your anger may feel appropriate, it’s not good for you. What issue is so important that it’s worth inflicting damage on your own body?
