People react to situations in dramatically different ways depending on their conditioning. It’s not just that they mishear or misinterpret what’s happening, they process the information differently. Which way is right? Neither. Although families, clans, tribes and nations often share collective stories about the nature of reality and the world, those stories can vary widely between groups. It’s good to remember that, just because your story matches your group’s, no matter how big the group, it doesn’t necessarily make it more accurate.
