How to Get in the Flow

When you truly forgive yourself and others, stress melts and life begins to flow. Do it by letting go of anger, resentment, blame, judgment, shame, guilt and unworthiness. It doesn’t actually matter whether you can think of the specific things you need to forgive, just repeat the following words to yourself often and watch the magic unfold:

I love and forgive myself.
