Go In to Get Out

When difficulties rear their (ugly little) heads, there are many different ways to cope. You can avoid them by distracting yourself or self-medicate in hopes of forgetting the issue. You might even deny they exist. However, these approaches leave you at the mercy of the challenges and not in control. It’s much more effective to face the problem consciously, consider your options calmly, decide on the best course of action to take and then commit to it. It’s only when you’ve intentionally dealt with nagging issues that you find what you’re really after…

True release.
