Learn to Laugh at Yourself


When putting forth your best effort, do you sometimes have a tendency to take yourself too seriously? If so, you probably already know that it causes undue stress and can annoy those around you. Alternately, if you maintain a sense of humor about what you’re doing, your performance will actually be better and you’ll be an inspiration. You’re also less likely to succumb to a self-defeating personality trait – thinking you’re more important than others. Try your best and then let go of attachment to the outcome. Life’s about the journey…
