Anxiety or Positive Anticipation?

When you look forward to a future event, you can spend your time: (a) Thinking of how well it will go, or (b) Contemplating how it could go wrong. Whichever approach you choose will determine the quality of your life leading up to and during the actual experience. Visualizing your desired goal will make you feel good and sow the seeds for a positive outcome. Worrying will make you anxious and plant negative expectations.
