Each and every secret adds a brick in the wall of our own private prison. Ironically, what we ‘hide’ from the outside world isn’t really hidden. Though others might not consciously know the details, our deceptions show up energetically, which is essentially how we all relate. That’s why lying in hopes of controlling our image is futile.
