Gratitude Habitude

Acknowledging what you love about life elevates your personal energy. Your thoughts create an energy that attracts like a magnet. Regularly focusing on what you’re grateful ensures that what you’ll notice most is whatever is in alignment with that. Take a couple of minutes everyday to acknowledge the abundance you already have. Write down at least three things that you feel thankful for. Challenge yourself to continually add new items to the list. Not only will you become more aware of your current good fortune…
