It’s important to care about others, but too much worry over their opinions of you can stifle your creativity and weaken authenticity. Little deters you from pursuing your dreams and expressing your uniqueness like worrying about how others perceive you. Drawing inside the lines is comfortable and safe, but it’s usually unsatisfying. If you’re afflicted with over-concern for what others think of you, try everyday to do one thing you really want to, even if you think it will provoke judgment.
