In each moment, you have the option of focusing on any one of ten thousand things. Though you typically keep your attention on what you already ‘know’, it is possible for you to expand your horizons. Instead of merely continuing to fill your mind with facts that support the opinions and attitudes you already hold, turn within and explore yourself beyond your thoughts through meditation. It will open your mind and reveal a universal law that seems unfathonable to the rational mind: As within, So without. When you understand your self

You understand everything.
