Gratitude is an expression of appreciation. It puts you at ease because you’re in harmony with what is. This basic level of comfort is healing because it’s your natural state. It’s present whenever you’re not resisting, escaping or chasing. It’s the feeling you seek to experience on the other side of desires, goals and objectives. Today is a perfect day (to continue) to reinforce a gratitude practice. Let it be an example of what to do every day. Developing a mindset of gratitude is the surest path…
