Greed is defined as a selfish desire for wealth or power. It’s a by-product of a misguided belief about one’s place in the world. It presumes that wealth, possessions and power will satisfy a yearning for contentment. It stems from a scarcity mentality that fearfully seeks to get enough to be satisfied. You don’t need to worry about there being enough to go around, you just need to remember that stuff is not what makes you happy…
