Holding on to perceived injustices only hurts you. You’re the one who lives with the unpleasant feeling as part of your ongoing reality. You’re the one who recycles and recirculates the hurt by repeatedly reminding yourself of it. If it’s hard to drop the matter in spite of the clear benefit in doing so, remember that everyone’s trying to figure out how to best pursue their own desires. Their behavior is rarely about you, so don’t bear the burden of harboring resentment and bad will. All that will do is make matters worse. Letting go…
