The world you experience is an out-picturing of your mind. Nothing comes into being without it first being a mental image. This means you can’t be habitually negative and expect to feel good about the world. If you want to experience life differently, start with your self, right here and right now. Think of how you’d like to feel and then conjure up images that fit the feeling. Hold those images in your mind and keep the feeling going in your body until it’s your reality.
