Lose the Funk with Gratitude


When you’re persistently focused on matters that trouble you, it’s difficult to snap out of a stressed or down mood. It is possible to transition into peace and well-being, it just requires a bit of concerted effort. Since your feelings result from your thoughts, placing your attention on the areas of your life that you appreciate is a powerful way to improve your state of mind. Identify thought loops that have been creating anxiety and substitute them for ones that feel good.
