When something in your life activates unpleasant feelings, get in the habit of reminding yourself to look for solutions. Don’t waste your time assigning blame by detailing all the various ways somebody did something wrong (even if you’re just doing it to yourself.) Make sure to actually feel your feelings about the issue rather than just thinking and talking about them so you can neutralize the negative energy rather than strengthen it. After you’ve returned to balance, imagine radiating light and love to the dark energy and watch it…
