Creating Reality
Everything you experience is a reflection of your consciousness. Whether you focus on conflict, injustice or love, that will be your reality. You might ask, “Are we supposed to just ignore all the horrible things happening in the world and pretend they don’t exist?” The answer is: YES! Nothing shows up in your experience that doesn’t first appear in your consciousness. You may think you have to change the world ‘out there’ to have a different experience but actually, the opposite is true. All you really need to do is change yourself…
