Let Them Go

Problems often fade quickly when you avoid energizing them with your attention. Just the way overwatering can spoil the seed, keeping your mind focused on the negative aspect of what is, ruins your experience of it. Next time you’re roiling, ask yourself these three questions. 1) How do these circumstances actually serve me? 2) Does continuing to resist benefit anyone? 3) What can I do to positively change the situation? Or…you could just think of the problem as the other end of a tug-of-war rope.

Let go and watch it fall away.
