There’s No Refuge From Growth
Life is full of opportunities to grow and expand. Some feel joyful, others don’t. The ones in which you’re challenged and tested may not feel so good, but they usually end up adding the most value and depth to your life. Though it often seems like the goal is to just get through these uncomfortable periods, once you’re on the other side of them, you see that the experiences had much more to offer.
