If you want to build your muscles or endurance, you gradually add more weight or distance to your practice regimen. In fact, if you want to improve your skills in any area, you challenge yourself by attempting more and more difficult tasks. New technology emerges because scientists and researchers are always pushing the limits by hypothesizing, testing and expanding their knowledge. When problems arise for you, view them as indications that you need to expand beyond your current limitations. See them as absolutely essential for your growth and expansion.
