Move Past Blame
If you want to thrive, there’s no place for blame, shame or guilt. It’s healthy to know what you like and don’t like, but blaming others for your dissatisfaction is dis-empowering, because you have no control over anyone else. When you become angry or frustrated over the actions of someone, try this: 1) Acknowledge the way you feel; 2) Realize that it’s your interpretation that’s causing your feelings; 3) Focus on the sensations you feel in your body, as a result of the way you’re thinking. Then notice the release and…
Forgive them and yourself.
