The Reset Button
Negative and fearful thinking leaves us feeling disheartened. When we sink into a vortex of down energy, everything is colored by it, both mentally and physically. Conjuring up worst case scenarios, over-concern about others’ opinions of us, ruminating over (perceived) wrongs committed against us are all habits that negatively affect our overall well-being.
