Our Judgments Are About Us

Every judgment we have about others is one we really have about ourselves. Either we behave that way and don’t realize it or we wouldn’t accept ourselves if we did. This subconscious projection onto others points to where we lack acceptance for ourselves. It’s actually a brilliant built-in system to help us grow. When we get conscious of our projections, we can investigate which beliefs are causing us to criticize and judge. Inquiry helps us see when our judgments are unfounded.
