Using Our Judgments As Gifts

When we have judgments about others, it helps to pay attention to the intensity of our feelings. If we have little or no emotional charge, we're probably just discerning what's going on. If, on the other hand, we have a strong reaction and find ourselves building a case against them, it's a sign that their behavior triggers our own self-judgment which we've projected onto them.
