Our Wound Switch

Our mates, family, friends or co-workers are usually the ones who push our buttons the most. It’s no accident that we’ve magnetized these folks to us. They have the perfect personalities and behavior to trigger what needs healing in us. It can feel aggravating until we understand that our wounds are meant to surface so we can heal them. We blame them for how we feel, but all they did was flip our wound switch. They didn’t create it, no matter how much it feels like they did. When we finally wake up to this fact, we can thank them for doing their job well and then turn our attention where it needs to go for healing…
